  I have been a customer of this company for over 18 years counting the businesses that were bought out by them. During those 18 years I have spent in rental fees and cash purchases totaling over $5000. I've been a week or two late and caught up on those payments immediately and have never had a problem with the store management or previous employees until today. My payment was late 3 1/2 days and the employee sent out to collect was very rude and did not conduct himself in a proper manner. Words were exchanged and without prior approval he called the police on us after he was ask to leave our property. I will never do business with this store or any other Rent-A-Center ever again! That employee needs to be fired before you loose anymore loyal customers!!!

  Don't ever get anything from this company they hound you for a payment and if you miss one payment they are at your house before you know it there to take back what your trying to pay for they do not care if you have the money or not so ya don't go to rent a center they are horrible!!!!

  it’s good to go here if you want something now and you jUst moved in your first place. But let me tell you what your going to be in store for. They will talk to you rude asf, which means poor customer service. They are bad on communication. Which mean they don’t listen to you besides josh. I appreciate him. I was late on payments sometimes but I always caught up. But as far as delivery. They dont tell you when their coming. They’ll knock twice and den puff they are gone? They spoke disrespectful to my girl when she came. They’ll hound you early in the morning for they’re payment. But other than that it’s an nice service
